Outline:

Circuit Alert Solar are a local Sunshine Coast solar installation company. They have been running for over 10 years and in 2019 started up a separate administration and marketing arm to concentrate on procuring a significantly higher scope of works, bookings  and installations. As part of this growth they contacted us to be part of their team with a multi phase approach to creating content to fulfil their company brief regarding customer education and expectation. 

We sat down with them and planned an initial  campaign as part of this growth over a couple of weeks to ensure that we took their customers through a journey from first contact to final project completion

Phase 1 included:

1. Customer Experience Video of "What to expect at a consultation". 
2. A Post Quote Video - A friendly personal thank you from each of their visiting customer service agents for allowing them to quote the customer, which highlights everything discussed during the meeting as a courteous  reminder
3. Installation Video - A easy to watch entertaining highlight of a residential solar installation

1. Corporate Video Business Card - Company Overview to customer
2. Strategic Partner Video - Overview of strategic partner customer benefits and warranty
3. Builders Promotional Video -  Specifically designed to highlight benefits of builders working with Circuit Alert.

4. Area expansion videos as company moves further into Brisbane as part of their growth campaign
